A Chaotic Experience Amidst High Expectations

Our stay was disappointing. Long lines everywhere, from coffee to restaurants. It became a challenge to enjoy meals without waiting excessively. Make sure to arrive early if you want a sunbed!

A beautiful resort with a stunning swim-out room and friendly staff made my stay delightful. The food was enjoyable, and activities were plentiful, though nothing exceptional stood out. The highlight? A thrilling drag racing experience. Perfect for an unforgettable escape, especially for couples or families seeking relaxation and fun!

The spa treatments were incredible! I loved every minute spent there. However, the food quality was pretty hit or miss, often not hot enough. Overall, a nice getaway. 😌

We had a great time celebrating our anniversary! The room was stunning with an amazing ocean view, and the 'Fast Drivers' was a thrilling experience! The butler service could use some improvement though.

the Junior Suite Swim Out was spacious with air conditioning and a private bathroom stocked with free toiletries. enjoyed the body soap, shampoo, and hairdryer. the outdoor pools were amazing, perfect for lounging. great fitness centre and sauna for some relaxation. room service offered tasty chicken tenders and refreshing drinks.

The beachfront access was amazing-waking up and taking a morning stroll on the soft sands felt like a dream! The outdoor swimming pool was my sanctuary, perfect for lounging in the sun or soaking in a swim-up bar! I loved the vibe at the lazy river, where we could sip cocktails and let our worries drift away.

the water in the shower was pretty dirty,, which was not cool. but the room was big with a great ocean view,, plus, we loved the choices from the onsite restaurants. the chicken tenders from room service hit the spot!

We stayed in the Star Class Directors Suite and wow, the room was gorgeous! The ocean view was stunning, and the bed was super comfy. Honestly, it made our anniversary feel really special. We loved the Star Class perks too. Just a great vibe overall!

It was just a well-suited match for a weekend pause in Cancun with very good value for money. The buffet food was surprisingly decent, making meals enjoyable despite the chaos. Make sure to grab sunbeds early to avoid disappointment.
